Can your generators be used for domestic purposes?
Our generators can be used not only for domestic purposes, but also for industrial purposes. Our company has extensive experience in supplying generators to various customers, including large industrial facilities.
How long is the warranty period on your generators?
Warranty conditions may differ for each generator, we advise you to refer to the generator's operating instructions, where the warranty conditions and terms will be indicated.
How much does delivery cost and what are the possible delivery methods?
The cost and methods of delivery depend on the type, size of the generator, as well as the wishes of the customer. 1. Self-pickup from our warehouse will be the most convenient and fastest, as the customer gets the opportunity to inspect the equipment in person before shipping, receive instruction and conduct tests together with our engineers. 2. For the delivery of portable generators across Ukraine, the most convenient and profitable is the delivery by Novaya Poshta. 3. Delivery in Kyiv is free of charge, upon prior agreement of the parties.
What preparation does the equipment undergo before shipment?
Before delivery, all equipment undergoes mandatory pre-sale preparation and commissioning work at our warehouse by our engineers. All generators are filled with oil and antifreeze (except for air-cooled generators), the operation in idle mode and under load, the quality of the generated energy and the operation of all systems are checked.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is made in 3 forms: 1. By credit card 2. Non-cash form of payment. 3. Payment upon receipt (cash on delivery upon delivery by Novaya Poshta, subject to prepayment for delivery services).
Is delivery of equipment and turnkey installation possible?

Is it possible to rent a generator for a short period of time?
Rental of generators is available from 1 month. All rental requests are calculated separately, based on the customer's needs.
What are the conditions for renting a generator? What is included in the price?
The rental price includes only the generator. Delivery is paid by the customer separately, or the customer can deliver the generator himself. The tenant refuels the generator independently. If necessary, our company performs generator connection services, but at a separate cost.
How much will it cost to connect a 100 kW generator?
In order to accurately calculate the cost of connecting the generator, our team needs to come to the customer's facility and calculate the cost of the connection.

How to sign up for repairs?

How long does the repair take?
The duration of the repair depends on the generator and the availability of spare parts. For example, scheduled maintenance, provided that all the necessary consumables are available (Filters, candles, etc.), usually takes 1.5-3 hours and is carried out in order of priority. If during the diagnostic process it is determined that the equipment needs additional work, the repair period may increase.
